Héma-Québec provides hospital centers with training kits on human tissue donation to make each center and each caregiver autonomous in the process of identifying and recommending potential tissue donors to Héma-Québec. Available at all times, these kits are a reference document for hospitals.
In-hospital referral procedure
Héma-Québec is accredited by SOFEDUC and recognizes 1 hour of continuing education for each professional who reads and views all the elements in the kit.
To validate this training, the trainee must complete an online evaluation. A certificate will be sent to the e-mail address in the weeks following the training.

Héma-Québec offers tools for healthcare professionals accompanying people in the process of evaluating their request for medical assistance in dying. This training is not accredited, but the training kit offers readings and allows the viewing of several relevant elements.
