A clear vision for the future. If the rollercoaster ride of the past 12 months, created by the pandemic, seemed like déjà vu, we were nevertheless able to make good headway on the many issues that will shape the future of Héma‑Québec. The thought process under‑ take to implement a new strategic plan is now completed, and its result was formalized at the end of 2021, before being unveiled and shared with all our employees and partners.
We have a clear roadmap that will guide our objectives for the next three years. It will serve as a foundational tool as we modernize our organization. In this regard, the 2021–2022 fiscal year is part of a continuing process, marking the start of an accelerated transition toward achieving our medium- and long-term objectives.
